DO YOU AUTOMATICALLY CLENCH / TENSE UP UNDER STRESS?
Many people with psychological disorders quickly tense up under stressfull circumstances. Disorders can often increase the impact of our emotions. How do you manage / decrease anxiety in stressfull situations?
